500m2 Luxury Smart Home

We completed a full renovation of the existing 100m2 home which used to be a barn in the 1800's and was then moved and converted into a house in 1916. We added a 400m2 extension to the rear and side of the original house which included a 65m2 double garage with automatic doors. The features of the home include; Voice and smartphone-controlled LED lighting, heating and air conditioning throughout the home, 3 full bathrooms, 2 separate WC's, a large luxury kitchen, custom-made walk-in closets, colonial style front porch, 45m2 rear deck, new driveway, a basement with 2.7m high ceilings, including games room, WC, storage room and mechanical room. we also re-graded the front and back gardens and did some basic landscaping.
